We've been burned by prospects in the past, but these guys are killing it right now. It also helps that we have a recent history of successful prospects (Xander, Betts, JBJ, Vazquez, Shaw). Need to start developing the arms though.

While I love a good conspiracy theory, I have to agree with Dojji here. When I mentioned the lap band procedure before, it was only in jest. There's no way that this would be the case. The story would get out and the Sox would be in a lot of trouble. Plus, I can't see the Players' Union going along with it.
If you guys don't like someone, there is a really simple fix: click on that user's name, select "view profile" and click on "add to ignore list."

Ken Rosenthal reported that the Sox didn't insure Pablo's contract. If they weren't going to insure his contract, not sure they'd ever insure someone else's.
