  1. Free range? Will you get your ass there to see it?
  2. You mean "2017 All Star Pablo Sandoval."
  3. As serious as Pom's injury history.
  4. Yup. So far so good. Ride him til he turns into a pumpkin.
  5. And you can serve me a huge piece of crow.
  6. If you want to hitch your wagon to a guy who has never pitched a full year in the rotation, go for it. Seems like a fool's errand to me. He finally looks healthy because he pitched two good innings! Laughable. And Price is still not on a throwing program. Everyone else on here said he'd be fine because of his magical elbow. When it's midseason and you guys are no longer posting, I'll try to not be too smug.
  7. He's 28. That's his prime. That's Lester's age in 2012. He has never put in a full season. The amount of people slobbering over Pom amazes me.
  8. Nah.
  9. Good thing you're not on the team then.
  10. He's had issues with management and has always stood by his teammates (a big difference imo). Not sure he's really a clubhouse cancer.
  11. Brandon Workman?
  12. Too much cherry picking. Wright and Pomeranz were both pitching at their absolute peak. Neither of them had pitched like that before and both of them didn't finish off the season replicating their 1st half due to injuries and other factors.
  13. I'm not saying it isn't justifiable. I don't think Price will get even half of 3.8 this year.
  14. He said maybe top 3 in all of baseball.
  15. He pitched great in game 4 of the WS (when the Yanks were up 3 - 0). His postseason numbers are down from his regular season average, but I don't think he really choked or did terribly. He had a few memorable bad games, but was decent overall. He just never had that Pedro 99 moment.
  16. The Greatest Clutch Hitter in the History of the Boston Red Sox, David Ortiz, #34.
  17. RE: Starters Cubs, Giants and Mets are all better. Guardians are probably pretty similar with Price in. With Price out, the Jays rotation may be the best in the division. Dodgers and Nats both have great high end talent too.
  18. He'll be fun to watch, but it doesn't mean we're a lock for the WS.
  19. The ChiSox had a great rotation last year. How'd they wind up?
  20. This post is just to record all the nonsense that umpires involve themselves in this year. #1 http://deadspin.com/asdrubal-cabrera-got-ejected-while-running-to-first-1793576089 Angel Hernandez is in midseason form!
  21. I summoned him with my Price v Mods post. Magicks!
  22. What does that have to do with you making a joke with an expiration date of a decade ago? Maybe I'm not the only one in dad pant territory?
  23. So we should just enjoy our final week of vacation from our moderation overlord?
  24. What is this 2005 ********? I exfoliate so that my beard isn't filled with poop and old food. That's like saying "oh you actually floss your teeth, you must actually want your wife to kiss you or something."
  25. Who is back first: Price or our moderator?
