To me, I just want the innings and pitches controlled the first 1/3 of the season. After that, I think the starters should be good to go. I think adding in an additional day off once in a while down the stretch wouldn't be a bad idea.

Who cares about 100 RBI? I care about the team scoring runs, not individual accolades.

After 2 innings, who’s pitching better: ERod or Rays pen guy? Both have 1 earned run. ERod has more k’s. Rays pen guy has lower pitch count. To me, the lower pitch count has more value to the game.

Then he’ll always be a back of the rotation guy who uses up the pen.

I’d rather a low pitch count and ERod not always nibbling. No difference between a k and a pop out. High pitch counts suck.
