    Oh, you're vague on the details, but keep on going there... The allegation is that there were a bunch of underage people drinking. There were roughly 4 Dodgers players there. As one girl was blacking out, Baldwin was fondling her. The other players walked in and Baldwin stopped. That's the entire story. There's no indication that Verdugo was assaulting her.

    Honestly, the deal is fine enough. If Brusdar's arm isn't ready to fall off, you just go through the deal. Maybe hold out for a B level prospect?
