    Hard to be upset with the results of the Beni trade. If they were going to trade him, not sure they could have received a better package. Sure, Beni will have more WAR this year, but Sox have several guys locked up for years and years. If just one of them turns out to be a consistent 2 WAR player, it's a win.

    With Duran, there are big questions as he has completely revamped his swing since 2019. Now that he's added a lot of power and higher k rate, he needs more in game action to determine if he's really ready. Also, his defense is a big work in progress.

    Recently, per your definition, Chavis has been absolutely horrible in AAA. Why would you bring him up to replace a struggling Dalbec or Santana?

    I just don't understand how you used different sample sizes to mean "recently" (54 PA vs 27 PA). Seems haphazard to me.

    Dalbec has a .610 overall. Not sure what "recently" even means here. I thought Santana was hitting well enough for you???

    Cordero had a .502 OPS in MLB. He's not OPSing 1.248 in AAA. .758 in AAA is NOT better than what Dalbec is currently doing.

    758 in AAA. That's not better than what Dalbec is doing right now. Chavis hitting .650 is not a plus. Dalbec has the higher ceiling. Either roll with Dalbec or find a vet to bring in.
