  1. Cordero isn't worth keeping on the 40 man. That is my opinion. It's fine if you DFA him.
  2. Who is it that has promise? Cordero?
  3. That's the question, right? If this is what he is for the next 50 ab's, maybe he needs to be in AAA for now? If they aren't in the playoff hunt, you just start him everyday in CF.
  4. Stop.
  5. I'm fine with it.
  6. notin complained that I prefered Hendricks. Take it up with him buster.
  7. Dalbec is better than some of the guys they'll try to sneak on the 40 man.
  8. Schwarber, JD, Verdugo, Renfroe, Kiké 6th OFer
  9. DFA Cordero. Keep Dalbec.
  10. Cordero has no trade value and neither does Dalbec. You can send both of them back to AAA if need be. Dalbec should have been traded last offseason if you were going to move him. For now, send him to AAA and let him work on his k rate.
  11. He's going to opt out. I'd rather he stayed though.
  12. Yes, there is a group of them bunched together.
  13. Great idea to sell low on him.
  14. Gun to my head: Berrios > Hendricks > Means Hendricks is the sweet spot of production, control and price. I bet he'd be cheaper than Means or Berrios.
  15. Is Pablo Sandoval still available?
  16. No, Downs is playing there right now. Duran can play CF in WOO just fine.
  17. Sounds good to me.
  18. Yuck. I think Renfroe and Schwarber split time.
  19. His sprint speed is pretty good. Maybe put Dalbec in CF. Why sign Fabian if you already have Dalbec there?
  20. OPS of 513. 32.4 k%. He's had flashes, but hasn't really been that good.
  21. Over the past 5 years, Berrios is 18th in fWAR and Hendricks is 21st. Both have about 720 innings pitched. Most of their other stats are fairly close together. I don't think you can look at them and say that Berrios is by far the superior pitcher.
  22. They are similar production wise and Hendricks is here longer. Means is interesting and would be controlled for longer, but IDK.
  23. @JonHeyman Three AL East teams have been the most active pursuers of Twins star José Berríos — Jays, Rays and Red Sox. A fourth, the Yankees, also checked. At least 6 teams in.
  24. Let's face it, Duran hasn't looked that hot lately.
