    Home/Away WRC+ 2006 104/131 2007 103/98 2008 129/122 2009 135/109 (new Yankee Stadium) If you look at the entire stretch, I'm not sure playing in NY made a big difference. He had a career 93+ at old Yankee Stadium vs 106 at Kauffman, 109 at Fenway and 119 at Comerica.

    Gas prices have been higher in my lifetime and often fluctuate. Ticket cost for professional sports have never been higher and I don't think they are going to decrease any time soon.
