    Yoshida has an .827 OPS and 121 OPS+ after an absolutely brutal adjustment period at the start of the season. His performance has been worth every penny and he's a good bet to actually improve on his numbers as he gets acclimated to the states. On a team with Kike f***ing Hernandez making 10mm a year to stink up the joint, Yoshida's the guy we're whining about? C'mon now.

    No, I was around. I just couldn't log in. I couldn't say it, but I didn't agree with the sentiment. I fully expected this team to be meh or bad, as they improved the farm and waited for players they truly believed they could pony up for.
