    I don't get people's obsession with Cora. He's just the manager, he doesn't have that much pull.

    They'll sign Clevinger and call it a day. They will then perform John Henry's signature juju rituals for a return to 2019 form for both Giolito and Clevinger.

    It's funny though. Take it in stride. People insinuated I was gobbling Bloom's knob and I didn't take it personal. Safe to say I wasn't nearly as enthusiastic about Bloom as you are about DD, who ran this farm system to the ground.

    I will reiterate my thoughts: Henry is gearing up to sell the team. Something doesn't add up.

    I mean, unlike what y'all are saying, this team doesn't have a poverty payroll, as they will exceed 200 mill for next year. But something doesn't feel right about this offseason. This team has always gone straight at roster needs, even if on mid-range acquisitions. But this roster could contend with continued growth from some young players, a righty power bat, and some SP. All they've done is Giolito and Grissom

    Because what the team is doing doesn't make any sense. Don't be surprised if it comes out in a couple months that Henry's warring with the minority owners or is about to divorce his reptilian mate.

    It's January 11th, and there are several FA's that could help the current roster still out there. As I usually say, let's wait until the finished product, and if they did nothing, we can tell them to f*** off on twitter. Oh, and Massarotti sucks.
