  1. Yup. A lot of Sox fans from Boston that night were terrified, half of them didn't even know what to do, because the fans were not kept in the loop well at all, and the out of towners had no idea what to do. Nobody even cared who won that game, it was horrible situation that the security at the stadium and outside the stadium handled horribly, they had no answers to any questions. The combo of Baltimore being such a s***** place and the Orioles sucking is killing their attendance.
  2. Oh yeah, it's bad, they find dead bodies in the inner harbor somewhat often, and its disturbing. I live in Maryland and very rarely venture into Baltimore. I was at the riot game a few years ago and that was one of the most absurd, scary situations I've ever been in, there was so much crazy s*** going on.
  3. Yeah it’s in Baltimore. The attendance at Camden Yards has been atrocious this year. Baltimore is a s*** hole and the team sucks
  4. I’m convinced Benintendi is a moron. Game after game he does something stupid.
  5. Why is Beni even playing?? WE NEED SWIHART!!
  6. Hopefully Holt is alright. He’s been on fire
  7. My friend is at the Rays/Orioles game. I literally don’t think there is 1000 people at the game tonight lmao
  8. That was a nice play by JD.. Mookie also covered some major ground there from center lol
  9. What the hell was that, JD? Man is he bad out there
  10. Catcher is one the least important offensive positions and most important defensive positions.
  11. About the favorite player debate, I'm a bit younger, and have only been watching since 2002 or so, so my favorites have always been Manny and Pedro, but man do I love Mookie. I will be severely disappointed if we don't re-sign him long term. I love everything about him, his personality, the way he plays, obviously his skills, I rarely buy jerseys for anyone, and I bought his shortly after his MLB debut, I literally had to custom order it because MLBShop didn't have it yet lol.
  12. I agree with this. Most of the Pats fan I run into are such unbearable douches, which is the main reason for my dislike of them and the team. I don't even hate the players. I think Brady is best QB of all time and I've actually met Bill Belichick numerous times at work, and have a lot of respect for him. Every fan base has morons, but they're ridiculous.
  13. Most Raiders fans I've ran into at games have actually been very cool and respectful. I'm a Steelers fan and was in Pittsburgh in a section full of Raiders fans when Oakland came to Pittsburgh and all of them were cool, even with morons in our section taunting them. In general, I really hate people who talk s*** to random fans of other teams for no reason and make the experience a bad one, especially if they are there with their family/kids. There is no reason to take a sport that far, and unfortunately, I see it happen a lot, especially in football stadiums.
  14. There is minimal complains from me about Cora. He's doing a good job thus far, sure there have been some questionable moments, but every manager has questionable moments.
  15. Not this game related, but during commercial I switched over and holy f*** Lebron is the greatest athlete I've ever seen. This man just swatted the s*** out of Oladipo's game winner to save the game, then went down court and made a fade-away 3 at the buzzer to win it.
  16. Brock Holt is on fired right now.
  17. What the hell did did I just watch
  18. Mookie Betts is a f***ing animal
  19. The game threads really are almost unbearable these days.
  20. Devers has looked horrible tonight.
  21. Thank you! Was looking for this picture last night. It wasn’t an aggressive play, it was stupid one. The logic of “an error could’ve happened, or a bad throw” when Granderson didn’t even need near a perfect throw to get him is dumb. An error, passed ball, wild pitch or whatever could’ve happened with Mookie up. It was a bad send, period. It is never a good decision, regardless of the situation when you are out by that much. If it was a bang-bang only where Granderson made a ridiculous throw, I’d understand it, but that wasn’t the case.
  22. Cora is blame free in this game IMO, I don't get why he's even being mentioned. The offense struggled (Mookie/JD/Beni combined 0-13, 9 K's), the infield defense was horrible (Devers made some big mistakes and Nunez is just bad), and the 3B coach sending Nunez was monumentally stupid. Cora cant make the guys hit, play defense, and he didn't tell the 3B coach to make that (bad) judgement call.
  23. Even if he made a mediocre throw, Nunez is still out. It would be one thing if it was a bang-bang play where Granderson made an amazing throw, but that was just stupid. Nunez literally didn't even have a chance. a 30% chance of Betts getting a hit, is better than the 0% chance Nunez had of scoring on that play.
  24. Completely disagree. There is a difference between being aggressive and stupid. Nunez was out by a mile. Look where he was when Granderson picked up the ball, it would've taken a horrendous throw for Nunez to be safe. Osuna was struggling and Mookie is on deck. It was bad send, which has been a disturbing trend last few years.
