Hope you stuck this one out. This is an awesome game. 47-43 UConn with 11 minutes left. Xavier and LSU is a good game as well over on ESPN2.

Awesome win tonight. Holding Orlando to 80 is quite an accomplishment. Glenn Davis really stepped up with some big shots. He's starting to get pretty comfortable shooting mid-range jumpers. Good to see.

For those of you with Directv, NBA League Pass is free through Sunday. This Cavs/Blazers game is one of the more exciting regular season games I've seen in a while. That Portland crowd is so awesome.

By the night's end there will be at least three, possibly four top 10 teams that have lost. #1 Wake Forest, #7 Michigan State, and either of #9 Clemson or #6 UNC. And don't look now, but Nebraska is leading #5 Oklahoma 38-32 in Norman. What a crazy night of basketball.

Is anyone safe? Va Tech is winning @ #1 Wake Forest 59-51 with 9 minutes to play. Northwestern is attempting to hang on for dear life @ #7 Michigan State up 66-63 with 30 seconds to play. Edit: Northwestern wins!! Wow!

Foulke's 2004 was fantastic. I remember how thrilled I was when I heard we signed him from Oakland the winter before. By the time the playoffs came around he had so much wear and tear on him he looked like he might buckle at the knees at any given moment. If anyone truly sold out his body, it was Keith Foulke.

Low scoring in Nashville, with UT leading Vandy 28-20 at the half. I wasn't anticipating a Big 10 score. In other SEC news, Alabama PG Ronald Steele is forgoing the rest of his senior season due to injuries. That's unfortunate. He was a talented kid.

Why would you be cheering against Arizona throughout? That's a little surprising. Surely everyone who doesn't have Pittsburg ties will be pulling for the Cardinals in the Super Bowl. -

If you aren't watching UNC @ Wake Forest, you should be. This is probably the best college basketball game I've seen this entire season. It's so back and forth, WF is currently leading 52-49 just a couple minutes into the 2nd half. It would really put the icing on the cake for my college bball weekend if UNC was to lose tonight.
