    Hell naw. I don't care much for Bama to begin with and I'd love to see an upset. I generally pull for the SEC in bowl games unless it's Ole Miss or Arkansas, and Bama to an extent. The conference speaks for itself as the best in the nation anyway. Plus, some stupid journalist who's a Bama grad wrote a ridiculous article about how Mississippi State (a charter member) should be kicked out of the SEC around 5 years ago. We haven't forgotten that.

    As much as I hate the bastards at Ole Miss, the SEC is looking pretty damn good right about now. 4-1 with Kentucky playing and Alabama and Florida still left.

    They do, but there are worse things in the world than being paid the average of the top 5 players at your position for a year. Obviously guys don't want to be franchised in order to receive a long term deal though.

    Me and some friends drove over to Nashville Tuesday (only 4 hours) and did some stuff, then went to the Music City Bowl yesterday. Other than the low 20s temps it was a blast. We bought some cheap $15 tickets in the upper deck and shortly after the game started we moved down and sat on the SIXTH ROW directly next to the Boston College band. The BC band was freakin awesome and played a lot of Dropkick Murphys stuff too. All in all it was a great experience. Best $15 tickets ever.

    And Mizzou wins 30-23 in OT. Two really good bowl games today.

    This is true, but it wouldn't just be ESPN hyping it up. It would be everyone. I don't have anything against Peyton or Eli (aside that he went to Ole Miss) for that matter. I just would prefer to be spared from all that as opposed from a non-Manning matchup.

    That's probably down around #3,239 on my list of playoff scenarios that I would like to see play out. Do you realize how unwatchable ESPN and the other media outlets would become?

    Yeah, if yall could get Harang for Nady I'd definitely try and get that done. Dusty Baker ran his arm into the ground last year and really messed him up, but I think he will be back to solid form again in '09. He really eats up the innings.

    And now Romo fumbles and Philly's D scores. It's over for my team. Edit: Wow. This is just ******** now. The Eagles D scores ANOTHER defensive TD (31 points???). Oh well. Congrats SFOC on the title my friend. You earned it.
