  1. You said it... just wait til tomorrow afternoon/night...
  2. hahaha, I think you mixed up Red Sox with Yankees...
  3. I'll defiantly be watching, it's like a warm-up for tomorrow...
  4. I can't wait for tomorrow and tonight is the Opener for the Cards and Mets so that's gonna get e pretty pumped for tomorrows game.... and I don't have anything going on during the first 3 games(like work), so I can watch them... I'm really interested to see Beckett pitch, I have a strong feeling that he will turn things around in his second year in the AL because he will use more of his secondary pitches... Also Dice-K for obvious reasons...
  5. Good thing to see Tavarez pitching well...
  6. That's sad that they would actually do that... like you said, who the f*** cares...
  7. I pretty much predict the same... except Matsuzaka I think wont lose that many games, maybe 5 or 6 and Lester may do a little better... also, Paps i think will save more, maybe 40ish, well theres my predictions...
  8. I bet the fan did it to Foulke, they booed him horribly, $5 million is a lot to walk away from but Foulke is probably all set for the rest of his life, if hes smart with his money...
  9. Ya, they resigned him for 3 years right...
  10. well that could go either way, Ellsbury's gonna play how he plays no matter what Crisp does, but he might be more motivated if Crisp sucks because he knows he has a shot of replacing him, but he knows that already anyway...
  11. These 2 aren't ready for the Majors just yet, a good half season or so in the Minors I think will do a lot of good for both of these guys... they gotta do some tuning on there pitches because they defiantly have the stuff...
  12. See now, I just dont understand why you're getting on Animal, all he's doing is posting his opinion... you on the other hand are just being an ******* like usual... why don't you stick to the thread topic next time... back to the actual topic... I'm not worried about the bottom of the order, besides for Lowell and Pedroia everyone last year had a problem with injury, so i bet Tek and Coco will return to there old ways... and I think Lowell will be about the same as last year... as for Pedroia I think he will do just fine, I think he will adjust to the majors nicely...
  13. I think he'll be all set by the all-star break...
  14. ya because he can hit the ball no matter where it is... Alfonso Soriano has a pretty nice swing too...
  15. well Javier Lopez pitched slightly better (but less innings) (W-L 1-0 ERA, 0.93) 9.2 Innings, 8 Hits, 1 Run, 2 Walks, 6 Ks
  16. Lance Berkman has a pretty sweet swing... but agree with C.D. cause Griffey Jr. has such a sweet swing...
  17. Probably None, I'm with you on the Bryan Corey thing, didn't he have a good spring? I remember hearing about him pitching really well...
  18. Outfield Depth aren't even the words for it... we have so many Outfielders... it's a good trade because they traded a a guy who I doubt would have seen the Majors for a younger talent, but Keylor doesnt sound like a prospect, so this really sounds like a useless trade to me IMO
  19. Crede would be a great addition to the Sox lineup and field, but I highly doubt the ChiSox would ever go for a trade involving Crede especially to a team like the Red Sox... unless the White Sox get the benefit of the deal...
  20. the only reason I can think of for having 3 lefties is because, Okajima can pitch to Lefties and Righties, Romero had a good spring and I'm not sure about Lopez but maybe because he pitches side/submarine style and is a lefty specialist...
  21. awesome, is that televised?
