I don't think it's all Farrell's fault... but his job is to get his team to play to their potential, and he hasn't. Again, not necessarily his fault, but it's his job (and if you want to argue fairness, he's getting MORE than paid generously for it). It's getting to the point that this team just need to be jolted, things need to be changed up. They just are s***ing all over themselves when the pressure is on and that reflects on the coaching. I can't stress enough that it can be an impossible job simply because it comes to a point where the player just need to do their own job, but the coaching's job rely's on the players performance, fair or not. So yeah, I'm about to the point where I think Farrell needs to go, not just because he's completely to blame, but things need to change, they players need a fire under their ass, a change of scenery, ANYTHING. They are finding ways to lose, which, as mentioned by others, is the hallmark of BAD teams. Not the direction they should be trending towards...
