Exactly. Is that so hard to realize? Yes I could just talk about what's being reported by the main stream all the time. But where the hell is the fun in that? I like to think for myself sometimes, and not just go off what I'm being told by Frodo Baggins and Jon Heyman:D

Yes I know. And i know what you guys think of me for the most part. I'm just saying I don't need to be reminded of it on a constant basis. I've been here for nearly 3 years and I haven't changed. I am what I am. Instead of the usual " u r dum" type posts, we should have a smilie made so that when I make one of my numerous off the wall suggestions, you can just put it up and I'll know how your feeling about it:lol:

And that's your angle and I respect that. I for one like to talk about different scenario's however unlikely because they do interest me. I don't force anyone to read my posts and/or respond to them. If you don't like what you read from me, I'm fairly certain you can block me. Anything after that is on you. Goes for the anyone else either. Don't like it ignore me. I won't hold a grudge. I know my way is not everyone's cup of tea. And is why I don't try and force it on anyone else either.

If Wilson costs a coupl Dojji type guys then fine. But if he costs anything even remotely significant then meh. He's just not that big of an improvement. I'd take Hardy before Wilson. His glove may not be as good as Wilson. But at least Hardy's bat is made of wood.

Listen Kilo and Dipre. I'll drop the hole Dice-K thing once and for all. But if I turn out to be right about him being traded before his contract is up in Boston, I'll want to some credit;) Fair nuff?

No I'm not missing the point. Pedro could be a pain in the ass. But he produced at an elite level. Dice-K is being a pain in the ass cry baby because no one here in America is stroking his ego anymore. There trying to make him change so he is effective here. And he is having issues with it.

Fair enough. I say he be traded because the writing seems to be showing up on the wall. Especially with all these new interviews.But I admit this could all blow over, and he could come back to be a quality pitcher. Let me ask you this though, Do you expect him to finish out his contract in Boston if he continues to pitch like he has this season? I just think that if a deal came along that worked well for the Sox that $ should not be a concern or a deterrent to dealing him. I'm not saying trade him for some middling "Dojji" type prospects or a bag of balls. But if he could bring in someone of significance then it should be considered.

They where willing to swallow Renteria and Lugo's deals. About 30M. They owe Dice-K about 30M in salary. The posting fee is what it is. I'm sure they have recouped some of this already. And I'm sure Tazawa will help keep them up in the Asian market. It wouldn't be easy. But I don't believe Dice-K to be "untouchable". In fact the only players on the team that probably are untouchable are Pedroia, Youk, Lester, Beckett and Bard.

Yes his contract looks bad now. when he signed it, it was the going rate. Dice-K makes 8M a season, not 20M. You can't add in the posting fee. That has nothing to do with his salary. It doesn't effect the teams payroll. And BTW 25 Euros for 5 grams;) The more and more I read stories like this. The more and more I see him on his way out.
