Ah yes, it was you who were quick to judge when I said Hall would stick around. Hall is versatile and can swing the stick just about as well as Hermida can. Hermida is about as versatile as Manny Ramirez. Once Hermida got injured and Nava showed his worth, the deathknell of Hermida's career in Boston was told. Hermida will in all likelihood be traded, IMO. My guess is that he sticks around until Ellsbury comes back and then gets DFA'd and moved. With Ellsbury and Cameron in the OF, the chance of injury is high and the sox need to have an OFer capable of playing CF who is not Bill Hall (he's an abysmal CFer) which is why I think McDonald sticks. So, it's time for Hermida to audition for either a weak starting role or a 4th OFer role on another contender. My bet is that by the end of the yr, Hermida is gone and Nava is back up.
