    I love Phelps. His stuff plays well and he can locate, but man does he tire early. It likely has something to do with his role being dicked around, but he has really filled in nicely for a big need. He likely moves back to the pen when Pettitte comes up, but I have a feeling a need will arise later in the yr and Phelps will be up for the task

    You guys will win this game. Your offense will s*** down the throat of Chen and Lester will get through 5 with minimal damage. But the fact remains, your "ace" in Lester isnt an ace at all. Aces go deep in games and give innings on days their stuff is off. Lester just cannot do it

    Phelps struggled in inning #1 but got out of it. Since then, he's been money. This kid has balls and some pretty good stuff. Tons of movement on everything

    Hard to say without seeing what the MRI showed. Agility drills are big, but it depends on what kind of agility drills they are doing. I think the biggest test is going to come when he swings a bat. We should see that in a couple weeks. If he can swing without pain, then he will be back quickly.

    Yaz played at a time when players made no money and owners didnt seem to care about their "investments". Now, these players are humongous investments and lingering injuries will make big financial losses possible, so they "play it safe".

    They finally did what they should have done when they first got Miller. Stretch only, shorten the arsenal, and his stuff will play out. 97 with movement with that slider will be death on lefties
