Theo should at least be talked about being fired if we go one and out. The only reason he shouldn't is because his tremendous work rebuilding the farm system. This team is an extremely, extremely mediocre offensive team right row and that's Theo's fault.

Now that the Red Sox and Yankees have started to turn towards young talent (btw, how many times did you hear that on FOX and ESPN this weekend?), player development, which is the core of any truly great organization and is the thing that allows you to make a good profit, is now becoming extremely expensive. I love it when the Sox are able to get someone like Lars Anderson in the 19th round or something, but I can see why the rest of baseball is terrified and doesn't like it.

I don't agree with the Youk part because if we do indeed get Dunn, Youk's skill set would be a tremendous asset to our offense when he has a .550 SLGer hitting behind him. Also, I would love to see JD Drew go and slot Ellsbury/Crisp in RF, but it'll never happen.
