He was. Grady Sizemore is much much better than Ellsbury. I would agree with jacksonianmarch, I think he will be the best centerfielder in baseball pretty damn soon.
Kim is in the rotation, and no, Pavano wouldn't be their 1.
I believe it goes Francis, Cook, Hirsh, Kim, Fogg. Pavano would probably fit between Kim and Fogg.
I have no doubt he is going to improve over last year. In the short time when he was perfectly healthy last year, he was great (like 4 games?). I think he is healthy again, and should regain his form.
