  1. Not only did you not let Schill make it, but its got the wrong date.
  2. The thing is, how many passes can he get? When he gets to the point where he is completely ineffective, is it worth sticking him around simply because of what he did in 2004, even though it hurts our 2007 team? No.
  3. Curt Schilling will be a 4-4.50 ERA pitcher, at least. In fact, the last time he did not post an ERA less than 4 in a full year when he started was 1993 with the Phillies. His ERA was 4.02. I am not going to worry too much about our season or Schilling. We've played one game. If Schill continues to s*** the bed, I'll get worried. But not now.
  4. Only actually caught bits and pieces of this one, mostly because of Passover. Not too upset about that. Try again tomorrow...
  5. Uhhh...could be 1st and 2nd with 0 outs now.
  6. On the bright side that was a nice DP.
  7. Seriously wake the f*** up. It's 5-1 in the 4th.
  8. His school hasn't covered spelling yet.
  9. Eck thinks .284/10/72 are ROY stats...last year that would be like 6th or 7th in the voting. EDIT: Caron comes back with this zinger: "An on base machine that gets on base." (Talking about Drew)
  10. Uhh I thought Camp was the closer... If he's not, then who the f*** is?
  11. Cano changed his number to 24 I see.
  12. Uhhh... Adam, seriously, as much I dislike the Yankees, you need to shut the f*** up.
  13. Yes! Baseball! I'm excited to see Alex Gordon, he's batting 5th and playing 3B for KC today. Hopefully Tek gets a few hits to get some people off his back.
  14. Yes Jon Miller, I could definitely imagine Jose Reyes thinking: "Man, I didn't get a hit again..."
  15. Joe Morgan says you only remember things you don't expect. Found that amusing.
  16. True that...proven in 2005. One April win wins either team the division.
  17. Hahahaha you just responded to yourself.
  18. Thats a stretch. EDIT: Whoops. I have no idea why I posted this here. I meant the Matsuzaka-Santana comparison.
  19. It sure is. We don't play 164 games.
  20. We will take at least 2 of 3 for sure. We usually have trouble Opening Day, for whatever reason (with the exception of last year). I hope for a sweep, and I think it is very plausable, but to think the Royals can win 1 is not out of the question.
  21. You think they'll do the exact same thing as 2006? Even with Matsuzaka, Drew and Lugo on board?
