    Seanez is what he is. Beckett absolutely s*** the bed last night. You can't put this team in a hole every time out, especially against a team like the Tigers. I'm waiting for the time Beckett comes up big in a start where we actually need it. I feel like I might be waiting for a while.

    ATTN : SCM 33 What other parts of his overall numbers aren't exactly awful? The fact that he's been used like 5 times since the ASB? Think there's a reason for that?

    Randy Johnson got called up to the bigs when he was 24 or 25 I think. Beckett's got a few years on him.

    At least Clement was consistently good for a half season. I think Beckett is better than this, he is still very young and raw in the talent department. However, my patience is thinning. He needs to get his head straightened out and fast. the Sox can't afford to lose his starts from here on out.

    Maybe when he realized he would have been out by twenty feet. I dunno, I place the blame there 85/15 Hale/Manny. 3 back in the WC, 2 in the East. The s***** start from Beckett bites us in the ass. Might need the next two, becuase this weekend is starting to lose meaning.

    They showed a replay on NESN and it looked like Manny was going full bore. Keep in mind he had to hold to make sure the line drive got through AND he's running on bad knees. But hey, the Manny being Manny thing means he's to blame all the time, right?

    Fantastic. edit - I would like to know how a team of hackers like Detroit could drive Beckett's PC up this high already. 52 and counting through 2.2 innings.
