    Thornton had another average playoffs scoring wise and again couldn't elevate his team when they really needed it. Not that he is a bad player but this was a great chance to get his team to the finals and he can't carry him on his shoulders.

    Beckett is a much more dominant pitcher than Willis and I was never skeptical of Beckett coming to the AL. Willis delivery is not something I want a part of. I'm not a Willis fan and believe he is very overrated as a pitcher.
