    Porcello was a train-wreck in 2015-- a Cy Young in 2016--- and a high speed train wreck in 2017. He flat out sucks and he is getting worse.

    We can't keep rolling Pablo out there for the next month giving extra outs with his glove. We don't score enough runs to overcome that. We need to be really stingy allowing runs if we want to stay in the race.

    Yes, someone has to do these jobs, but I don't have a very high regard for the difficulty of the job or the capability of those who do it. It is like the guy at the fast food window, until they perfect robots, I need him there, but he is completely fungible. And if the kid at the window is a Mensa member, the job doesn't require it.

    I have disdain (not hate) for our FO. I view FO types as overpaid knuckleheads in suits -- eminently fungible. I have little regard for the IQ of our manager and his coaching staff. Other than that, I support all of our players, even the bums like Pablo

    I misspoke. Obviously, the Moncada move had Lucchino's fingerprints all over it... if Moncada turns out to be a bust.

    Moncada was another expensive splashy move by Cherries that is turning out to be a dud. Thank goodness that DD sold high on him.
