I heard about the scratch too-- from a Yankee source, but he said that it is the Sawx.

Todd Frazier has been pulled from the White Sox lineup tonight.

I think that you are not keeping with the times. The Home Run is king today and the big HR teams are the teams putting up the runs.

Good pitching can always stop good hitting. Any pitching can stop our hitting. It will be a quick exit from the playoffs if we make it that far unless our pitchers hurl shutouts.

    Are they an anomaly?
  6. a700hitter
The next two games we will be facing Blue Jays pitchers who have been very tough on the Red Sox.

He is not very good. He is a below average stick at first base.

I don't know what I was thinking. I also forgot to account for all the randomness.

That was a great DP relay by Pedroia,

DD needs to get a bat fast.
  11. a700hitter
    Lin got sent down?

$11.27 million? WTH was Ben thinking. It must have been a Larry move.
  13. a700hitter
    To platoon him with Moreland?

    lol!

What about trading Castillo if they take his salary. He has been playing well and made the All Star team.

The hanging Sox logo and throwback uniforms are fine. They are part of the team's history. But the pink and blue, camo, and red white and blue Stars and Stripes are confusing because every team is wearing them. Part of the idea of a uniform (in fact the main idea) is to identify your team.

Better than my post about giving Pandas a bad name? I take umbrage.
  18. a700hitter
There will be none of your good natures mockery. It will not be tolerated. LOL!

Every team in both leagues were wearing the same uniforms. I was switching back and forth from game to game and I had no idea what team was at bat or in the field.

I can see them wearing this stuff during Battong Practice and Spring Training (like the St. Patrick's Day green) and still being able to market it. Just keep it out of the regular season games.

i had to turn off the sound and put on the radio and sync it with the Directv feed.
  22. a700hitter
They are driving up the price.
  23. a700hitter
Also, he has given the Pandas a bad name.
  24. a700hitter
Besides his performance, he was criticized for his lack of preparation which was valid and obvious from his complete neglect of his conditioning. All of the criticism was and is valid and not at all beyond the pale. I had not attacked his character until he quit on the team and left with his $50 million. That demonstrates to me a complete lack of trying to honor his contract and yes, a lack of character.

i did that last night and kept having to adjust the TV using tha pause button to sun them up. It is very hard to get them synced up exactly.
