It's a very sad story. It's heartbreaking for the entire fa.mily, but it will leave the biggest scar on the kids. It is very tough for a young child to lose a mother. Tragic.

Mods please do something to clean up this ridiculous clutter regarding Yankee minor league organizations and specific Yankee minor leaguers. We don't need a separate thread for each of their minor league organizations, and we certainly don't need individual threads for each of their minor league prospects. If a notable Yankee major leaguer like Wang or ARod are on rehab assignments, their progress would be of interest, but the daily progress of Jesus Montego and Whoever the Hell Austin is just clutter. I suggest that all of that crap be merged into one thread call "Yankee Minor Leagues".

So does Wang, and Papi used to hit Wang when he was good. This is the perfect medicine for Ortiz's bat. -

A couple of cheap hits and Papelbon blew away 3 straight guys. He did his job. Dice K did not do his job. He got a cheap win going a measely 5 innings and giving the bullpen too much work.

But the guy couldn't hit it. He didn't show that he could get around on it on any of his swings. He was late every single time.

Can we have the numerous Yankee minor league threads merged? I barely care about the threads involving their major league team. Do we really need threads for multiple minor league levels of the Yankee organization?
