Blyleven is truly deserving. He still has the best curveball that I have seen. He threw it at different speeds. He would buckle the knees of the best RH hitters. Alomar was one of the very best all round second baseman that I have seen in my life. I think it was a terrible oversight that Bobby Grich is not on the ballot, because he didn't get enough votes in his first year of eligibility. He was a great defender, and he was one of the first second basemen that was an offensive force.
