    Hurdle is taking out the lefty to get a righty to pitch to Youkilis. What a fool!! Youkilis shouldn't see a strike. He should have put him on and forced Francona to go to the bench for Ortiz. We know Francona wouldn't think of doing that, so he'd have the automatic out McDonald. If Francona PH Ortiz, he'd have him facing the lefty.

    I think the injury fear is really baseless.Tey are not asking him to pitch. OFers basically stand around and get one or two balls a game. There is more of an injury risk at 1B.
