  1. heterchromia? In Brooklyn we would just say that his eyes a effed up.
  2. You must be bored to be poking around in these hornets nests. LOL!!! Pot-stirring. LOL!
  3. Skanks are only 3 games back in the loss column for a Wild Card slot.
  4. He can be a good poster, but he can't resist being a snarky prick with just about everyone, not just me. He admits to being a snarky prick, and obviously enjoys it. I have made enough efforts to co-exist with him. Now, we will have to just co-exist with mutual disdain.
  5. It's uncanny. He has the worst luck with run support.
  6. I've never benn wrong predicting that you would be a dick.
  7. First place-- Ain't making that up. Click on the standings and eat your heart out.
  8. LOL! You are less of a dick than MVP.
  9. You guys are such dicks.
  10. Once I got to first place, I pretty much stayed there for the rest of the season, except for 1 week when I stupidly neglected the team and left Cliff Lee and Greinke on the bench. I have finished at the top of the heap despite Dipre's proclamation early in the season that my team was no threat.
  11. Fred, you spotted that he was done from when he first got sent down last season. I doubt that he resurfaces as a late inning pressure pitcher.
  12. A's win. We are up 2 games in the loss column.
  13. What roster size would be needed to accommodate this?
  14. Hopefully, the A's can close out the victory. Thank you Jed.
  15. This is a slump. That's all it is. He hadn't had a slump all year long and he was hitting at a career high average before the slump. He wasn't going to hit .330-340 at age 37. A slump was inevitable, and I am surprised that it hadn't come sooner with the lack of protection behind him. I think he will get fewer opportunities to hurt teams as the season comes to a close. The guys behind him will have to step up.
  16. A's are leading the Rays 3-1 in the 7th inning.
  17. Johnson's season has been a horror show. He's 2-8 with a 6+ ERA. Surprisingly, Buehrle is as steady as ever. I had assumed that he was having a down season, when checked his stats tonight, but I was wrong. He is having a very typical Buehrle season. For the 13th consecutive season, he is in double digits in the win column. He currently has 11 wins and that is no easy feat on this horrible Jays team. His sub-4 ERA at 3.92 is just slightly over his career ERA of 3.84, and he is well on his way to 200+ innings for the 13th straight season. You can set your clock to this guy.
  18. I take it back. you thread-making bully.
  19. I predict that three games will be played against the chicago White Sox. I like to go out on a limb.
  20. I think ORS is probably too bogged down with home repairs. E-1 has done a pop-in from time to time, but his family life and job doesn't leave him the time. It happens.
  21. With Kuroda falling apart for 3 starts, that could spell the end for the Yankees. He has been the one dependable rotation piece on the Yanks. If he falls apart, they will quickly spiral into oblivion.
  22. 5/75 is a fantasy. He is a lead off hitter who plays CF with elite base stealing capability. Essentially add 50--60 to his double category because that is what he gives you with his stolen bases. I think that he will get substantially more.
  23. Good job by Salty and Carp. now for Koji to help us bury our competition deeper.
