    Tavarez hasn't started a game since 2002, and doesnt have good success starting, which is the reason he was moved to the pen. He probably would do a better job than Clement, but not to much. I dont see this happening anyway, but not a horrible idea.

    Pedroia is the starting 2nd baseman for the Sox next year. Let him play the rest of the year in AAA, unless somehow Loretta gets injured. I dont think he's got good enough range to play SS.

    good find, can't wait to see what Bradshaw and Cowher say about this. theres some good video on that site about the actually crash. According to them, Ben was driving a Suzuki Hayabusas, which they said is the fastest bike you can buy.

    Kellen Winslow lost a shitload of money after his accident because he had a special term in his contract that said he couldnt ride his motorcycle. Rothlisberger doesnt have that special term, but he does lose money if he gets injured in anything not football related.

    Luckily for Ben, it looks like he only got a few gashes on his head and possibly a broken jaw.... Doesnt sound to good, wonder how bad his knee injuries are

    Although I hate him on the field, hopefully he doesnt end up seriously hurt because of this. Hopefully the surgery they are doing now goes well.

    If you consider this year so far as a stretch, than ya i guess so. He has been so inconsistent this year. One game he will be fine, the next game he wont throw strikes and the next game he gets shelled. It hasnt been just one bad streak. All year he has sucked. IMO, hes had enough chances.

    Screw Holtz, id use Breslow before him. I think Dinardo could be a huge boost to th pen when he comes back

    Delcarmen didnt, Riske didnt. Seanez, Tavarez and Foulke did suck, which is nothing new.

    His WHIP is 1.58 and out of the 25 games he's been in, there has only been 2 games in which he hasnt allowed a baserunner.

    So just because hes being paid 6.2 million means he has to stay on the team? If he's not getting the job done, which he hasn't he should be gone. Hes gotten enough chances to prove himself and has failed in almost all of them.

    With Crisp (26), Willy Mo (24) and Ellsbury (22), Murphy has no spot in the starting OF of the future. Especially with the Sox drafting Place. Murphy would be a pretty good OF to have on the bench tho.

    I agree. I have much more faith in MDC, Hansen and Van Buren than Foulke, Seanez and Tavarez. Riske is starting to look good to. Im fine with a realiver having a bad game every once in a while, but Foulke, Seanez and Tavarez suck way to often

    my future bullpen moves... Pauley goes down----Van Buren comes up Foulke goes on the DL---Timlin comes off the DL Tavarez DFA---Hansen comes up (untill Willy Mo is ready to come back) Seanez DFA--Dinardo comes of the DL (when ready) assuming we dont trade for someone

    Dinardo or Breslow could help out with that. Anyone know when Dinardos scheduled to come back?

    I would also like to see Seanez gone, but i doubt the FO would can him and Tavarez at the same time. Id be fine with ethier of them gone by the end of the week, and the other one some time in the near future. Id give Seanez the slight edge over Tavarez for now.
