    i came in hear gung hoe to say i dont want to switch the lineup around, and like others "if it aint broke dont fix it" came to mind instantly. however, the lineup kilo posted at the beginning of the thread immediately changed my thinking. the only thing that i think i would do to change it would be to make youk leadoff and pedroia #2 simply because i am more comfortable with youk's ability to get on base rather than pedroia's. the most surprising thing about this thread is kilo's lineup didnt include WMP!!

    i honestly believe that the two with the best chance of leaving their clubs is cabrera and santana. those are the two i wouldnt be surprised to see leave, cabrera far moreso than santana. the other three i believe will stay put.

    i dont see why this thread says he is no longer an option. has anyone on the sox said they dont want him if he is available? not that i've heard of. IMO he is still very much an option, and a real good one at that

    he constistantly one of the biggest donators when the do the radio/telethon for the jimmy fund. seems like a good guy, bad taste in baseball players though

    you cant win every series, and 9.5 is still real good. but with the lottery yesterday now the series loss to the yanks, thus far boston sports has had a sucky week.

    the part were he says that steriods did not help him hit homeruns is just stupid. They may not help you hit a baseball but if you are able to do that at a major league level they most definately help you hit the long ball. i do think that a public apology by selig, whoever is the president of the Players Association, and all of the most recognizable players linked with steriods would go a long way with the media and may help end this whole scandal sooner. But to be realistic thats not going to happen any time soon.

    i would stick up for yanks fans and say we would be just as excited, but the difference is he wouldnt coming back as our ace, he would be a 3-5 guy for us

    baseball tonight guys can be retarded at times, especially Kruk. a couple years ago when RJ went to the yanks he was going on about RJ could win 30 games with NY because of their offense, and he was dead serious about it too.
