we avoided abritration and are giving him 2.75 this yr, but how much is he really costing us we had to fork over money to get marte, who we shipped for coco and in that deal we had to include money too i cant remember the exact dollar amounts per yr in that deal i think 4 and 1 sound right, but not sure if thats the case we're really paying him 7.75 mill this yr does anyone remember the exact dollar amnts

wally is supposed to play tonite i dont really like this trade we gave up a big contract in blount but we got a huge contract in wally, whos not much better than ricky, and cant play defense, while ricky was a pretty good defensive player, plus ricky is two yrs younger i LOVE unloading blount for kandi, but i dont like the ricky for wally part of the deal to be honest def entrenches orien as backup pg and maybe brings gerald green back up to nba, since we only have 11 guys now

i really hope were still getting riske i loved the idea of having mota and if we lose him, but gain riske we still have a nasty bullpen im still not sold on seanez, timlin has def seen his best days arroyo and/or paps could be in the bullpen though

the trade where we get coco crisp was originally going to be a three team trade, involving the reds, but it fell through now the reds just fired their gm, so could that potentially get them back included? if they had been involved we would get david riske

i just saw that the reds fired their gm i read on espn.com(or the herald, cant remember) that there was a three way deal in place instead of the two team trade between the sox and Guardians, that would send riske to us along with crisp, as of now it looks as though we arent getting riske i would love his addition to the bullpen since the reds fired their gm, does that mean that the three team trade could be back in place?

so many ppl in here are being ridiculous if you can get a proven star in crisp, who is YOUNG TOO, for a prospect you do it, case closed

as much as i would love to keep marte, if we would be getting crisp back in a deal id be willing to move him as someone mentioned its like givin renteria for crisp, and i would do that in a heartbeat remember i said it: crisp will be better than damon next year and in the future, whether we get him or not
