    There's no way Mookie was being unreasonable? Get off the high horse, he wanted more money than Mike Trout. I'm sorry but until you're an MVP candidate year in and year out like Trout is, you're not worth the money he was asking. He can't even produce back to back MVP type season.     Mookie did trade himself. He had zero interest to be a Sox for life. Otherwise he would have signed a deal. Look at Xander, he could fetch more in the open market but he chose to be a Red Sox instead and signed a deal. Mookie is nothing but greedy and he cares about us how much money he can fetch in the open market

    Kevin pillar is a worse version of JBJ. Their similar. Except JBJ is a much better defender. Pillars D is overrated. Like I said, I hope it's a cheap deal. His career OBP is 296.... 296. He only gets on base when he hits. He doesn't know what a BB is

    Am I the only one who thinks this is an awful trade? We are still on the hook for half of Price's contract. I'd rather keep price than paying half of his contract to go elsewhere. Should of pawned off eovaldi instead.

    Most people are not mad a Pedey. Just mad at the fact of his guaranteed salary. The person to blame here would be the GM who gave him that long contract. You can't fault the player for wanting to collect. If you were all in this situation you'd take the money
