    At the end of that it's all on Bloom. It doesn't matter if the scouts underneath him doesn't do a good job. It's like me for example. I'm a manager at my work and have a team. If something happens it's ALL on me as I'm handling the team. I work with them to ensure we're on the same page. It's Bloom responsibility to work with his team to ensure they have the best product on the team. If not then he needs to make changes and get better scouts. I'm sure it wasn't the scouts that told him last year to trade for JBJ for Renfroe. It makes me laugh defending Bloom on this. Fact is, if this team doesn't do well this year, ITS ON HIM

    This is a poor comparison. Benintendi has a career ops of 779. Yoshida had ZERO experience I'm MLB. It's always a gamble when you sign a Japanese player as you don't know how they will pan out in the MLB.

    Betts Bogey Devers Bogey is undervalued. He's very consistent. IMO he's better than Devers if you factor all aspects.

    Actually he's not. He's no where near the top for Jersey sales. In Fact people buy more Kike Jerseys than they do for Devers. I know it's not all about jersey sale but that's a good I indication who the fan favorites are. I mean when I go to Fenway I rarely see Devers Jerseys in the ballpark. Mind you I haven't been there this year so there might be more than previous years. Of all the talent they had on this team he would of been the last for me to get that deal and for most fans

    Meh, I give Bloom more the blame. The payroll is still up there so he has money to play with. He just decided to do patch work this season in hopes that it works.
