    I thought he did a good job, considering it was his first big leauge start, he had to sit around the club house all day, and he is pitching agiasnt the Rangers. Also I think it was the 4th, in which Youk made 2 Blunder, that could have been an easy inning.

    I would never trade Lester for Willis, ever, Dontrelle is overrated, Lester is 22, with minor leauge credetials, and not to mention he has a big arm.

    I may be alone here, but after watching two starts, David Pauley reminds me a lot of D-Lowe. First off stuff wise, its almost Identical, They feature the sinker, they both throw that fastball that tails back over the plate to lefties, and they both throw decent Curve balls. The both live 89-91 on the fastball. Also Pauleys delivey to home plate, looks very similar to Lowe. I am not saying he will have the career Lowe had, but to me they seem very similar.

    I dont see any reason for optimism, Beckett has been good agiasnt week lineups and horrible agianst Good lineups.

    I agree, but how long will it take? This team needs good starts and it doesnt seem Like Beckett can give that Right now. I really Hope Lester pitches well on saturday

    Unless Beckett learns to pitch, he will never Pitch well in the AL East, Finally he is out, Thank GOD!

    You know what, the way our rotation is right now, it sounds crazy but unless Beckett Clement and Wells turn it around, Paps has to start, we just dont have enough, BECKETT IS HORRIBLE!

    Keith Foulke, has kind of gotten trashed on in this thread, so I will stick up for him. When The game has been close, Foulke has been good, The times Foulke have struggled are that game agaisnt New York, a blow out, really other than that I think his Era is Low 3.00's with a BA agiasnt of about 210. He really has been good for us

    I dont see your point. Since when is getting excited and getting the fans involved a "baseball sin". I dont see what the big deal is. All I see is that It makes Jack-ass veterans who never interact with fans, mad because it makes them look bad for being total ass holes
