    If you can avoid him making post season starts, he is absolutely beneficial to have as the 5th starter. The major downfall I guess, is the fact that he has to have a personal catcher.

    nope. It does kind of make game 5 feel less important though. If we had gone on to win the worldseries, that would have been the greatest/most important comeback ever.

    About two months until winter break, and then before we know it pitchers and catchers. What a wild season. It seems so wierd to think how long ago it was, when I saw them play in Fort Myers this year.

    Nothing can be that devestating, because we won it all last year. I mean we arnt going to win everyseason. We are starting to become spoiled as Red Sox fans over the last 5 seasons. The last five years of watching this team has been an incredible ride, and I dont think it is going to end anytime soon.

    We have a lot of descions to make this offseason. There are so defencies in this offense that I think could be adressed.

    Yeah, we really had a great season. Still hurts though to come alll the way back, and then kind of fizzle out in the final game. I think if Lowell had been healthy we would have one this series.
