Yeah, but two of there losses could have gone either way. The defensive injuries have been astounding, yet we have held are own. Im not going to say 6-4 sucks at this point. You have to look at these things obejectively and factor in how devestating the injuries have been. You clearly can not do this.
Cassel was asked not to screw up, and he has progressed into being able to make key plays that help us win or be competative. Whats there not to like about the way Cassel has played for us, under the circumstances?
Not bad for a team that loses TOM f***ING BRADY, who is arguably the best quarterback of all time. Not to mention two running backs, Harrison and now Thomas. Thats a big hit to take, and they are still 6-4. Not bad, dont you think?
Seriously, I apoligize for being somewhat negative with 1:15 down by 7 with no timeouts left. The sucsess rate of a touchdown in that situation is very small. Thats what I was pointing out.
I disagree. Have you actually watched Cassel play. He's a good player. This is a pretty arbitrary argument, because your statement can never be proven, nor can mine.
I disagree right now about, Bulger, Anderson, Garcia, Garrard, Schuab, and maybe even Kerry Collins (Cassel has done more for his team, he has won games. Granted Collins had a good game last week, but he has been very very mediocore this season.)
