No lead is really that big in college football. And I can sort of see case for this, because in the twisted BCS system, big “blow-out” wins factor into voters’ (and computers’?) minds…however, I think it’s a bit ridiculous when say, Jason “Bad Knees” White goes for a quarterback sneak in the forth quarter, when they were leading by, 40-3 last year or something like that. (Yeah, it was against Nebraska, in Norman, must they rub it in?!) Puh-leez.
It’s their prerogative to that, I suppose. No complaining when asses are to handed by a “good” opponent, though.
