    It's a shame you weren't a fan during the '99 and '00 seasons, because those are the two most dominant seasons ever pitched IMO. Curt is no doubt a big game pitcher, but just chew on this a little while, his career best ERA+ is 159 in 2003. Petey's overall career ERA+ is 163, the best among qualified pitchers in the history of the game, and it's the best by a wide margin.

    Here's why I don't think that is necessarily true Jsinger. Clement has had some bad outings against the Jays, but he should avoid Wells or DiNardo first because the Jays mash lefties. Look at the career LHP and RHP splits for the heart of their order vs. LHP (Wells, Glaus, Molina). They all have a LHP OPS that is .130+ greater than their RHP OPS. Clement, when he's on, can be effective against that lineup. He just can't nibble and miss his spots.
