Lee - AA - 86 IP, 105 K, 0.98 WHIP, 3.26 ERA - this after whiffing 129 in 105 innings and putting up a 2.78 ERA the year before
Phillips - AA - 248 AB, .327/.368/.506, 6/3 SB/CS - awesome for a 2B
These two alone can't be matched by any combination of Yankees currently in the minors. Sizemore was an unproven raw talent, like you said, but he was also a throwin to the deal. These guys were the meat-n-taters, and the stuff you are putting out there is weaksauce tofu in comparison.
