  1. He's had like a 7 ERA since the All-Star Break... why bother now repeating the obvious to the doormat that he is
  2. 6 f***ing runs!!!! You hear that Clement, thats your locker being cleaned out Please Sox, place him on the DL
  3. tough s***, I want to see Clement suffer so bad that he's left on the mound in the fetal position and sox just release his sorry ass
  4. 4 straight hits to lead off the inning im checking this down as a red sox loss, Beckett tomorrow
  5. ok youre point being?? we wouldve gotten rid of clement, give the other team as much money as they want
  6. Wells HR with Rios on 2nd was another showing of how Clement is a deer looking in the headlights batters are batting close to .500 against him with RISP-- highest for a starting pitcher batters are batting just over .300 against him with RISP/2 outs f*** Clement, 4-0!!!!!!!!!
  7. Clement now has 30 walks. Last season in 32 starts, he just walked 68
  8. Hey Matt Suppan, I hope this game is the one that wakes the Sox FO the f*** up
  9. Seanex walked the bases loaded in a 5 run game, sorry Im not going to give him a free pass. Him doing that didnt make the game get out of hand? I cringe each time that he's out there, we're probably going to be seeing more of him in close games since Timlin's hurt.
  10. Foulke has had his share of holds this season, he just has to keep his anger down
  11. If the Astros continue their losing slide behind Cincy & St. Louis... it might be down to Boston & New York. Rogers wants to be on a winning team for his last season
  12. Did I say he was easy to get? No I didnt. Thanks for yet again putting words in my mouth, Yankees fan. All I said is that there is speculation that the Sox will attempt to try & aquire Escobar if the Angels continue their slide. Sean MacAdams, Chris Snow, Gordon Edes, Ken Rosenthal (yankee homer), etc have brought up Escobar in their list of pitchers that might be moved. Did I go into detail of how I "think" that Escobar is a 5th type of pitcher? No I didnt, thanks again. But he would be a pitcher the Sox would fit in their empty spot to fill out the rotation.
  13. anchor from CBS "today" morning show what a f***ing homer
  14. Im starting to hear this on WEEI, from Sean MacAdams and other Boston reporters that Theo is said to be looking for a 5th starter. This is concerning Wells health issues coupled with the inconsistent efforts by Matt Clement. MacAdams mentioned that if the Angels continue their slide, there is speculation that the Sox will try and go for Kelvim Escobar. When healthy he'd be a decent 4th/5th starter for us. Much more reliable than Matt Clement has been
  15. http://www.minorleaguebaseball.com/app/milb/stats/stats.jsp?sid=milb&t=g_box&gid=2006_05_28_noraaa_pawaaa_1 The Paw Sox lost 7-5, but in that game saw Lester throw another good start to his credit 5.1 innings, 6 Hits, 1 Run, 3 Walks, 3 Ks 10 starts this season- 3-4 record with a 2.95 ERA-- In 42.2 innings he has struck out 40, while walking 20.
  16. He's a decent fill-in backup outfielder until Kapler comes back, which by the way should be sometime late June.
  17. I already got down Loretta to be the all-star 2nd baseman Hoping for Lowell, but A-Rod will probably get the added votes
  18. This year's all star game is at a National League ballpark. The all-star game would then have National League rules, not using the DH. Thus for the Sox, it is heavily favored that Ortiz would be voted into that spot over Youk
  19. f***ing Baseball Tonight commentators going under barry Bonds conference table with tissues Am I missing something?? That was the season he hit 73, the season is documented that he started juicing up heavily. Only reason he is at 715 is because he cheated. The thing is, he didnt even have to f***ing cheat. He still wouldve finished around with 500+. Still an obvious HOF career No... because they didnt take steroids ------------------------------- Joe Morgan
  20. He's not that bad against them as youre making it out to be. He's been a workhorse when facing them and has pitched his share of gems. Now Clement, thats the one pitcher they should work the rotation around to avoid when facing NY
  21. Dating back to the All-Star break, his ERA is at 6.01 ERA. In essence, he has been among the worst starting pitchers in all of baseball since that marker
  22. He's basically avoiding mentioning Tavarez & Seanez by name.
  23. I'll relay Tito's comments about Seanez when they come available
  24. 35 pitches by Seanez in 0.2 innings, at least we know he cant be able to pitch tomorrow against Toronto
