    Its just one Sox fan who posted this thread, so dont include everyone in on this. Its obvious that such a trade wouldnt happen. Furthermore, I shudder seeing Manny as a Yankee, and shudder to find myself relying on Arod to come through with a big hit

    Are you saying we cant root against the Yankees? Again I ask, how come its alright in Yankees poster's eyes to gloat about the Sox not making the playoffs/3rd place?? Its a rivalry, not a one-way street

Now thats the funniest damn thing Ive heard all day, a Yankee fan is pissed off & shocked that Sox fans are celebrating on a forum called TalkSox because their biggest rival (the uh Yankees) getting knocked out of the playoffs. Oh but its alright for some of them to taunt us because of the Sox's sharp decline in the 2nd half after being ranked as one of teh best teams in baseball. Yes we have a triple A baseball team as well. Only in the 2nd half when we had make shift lineups & pitching staff
