    If he's our ace, we've got problems. 8-2 Yankees after a Giambi homerun. I share the sentiment that Beckett, 4.46 (coming into tonight) ERA and all has been a disappointment. He's looking like somebody whom we had to take to get Lowell, at this point. edit: A Giambi curtain call -- it's ridiculous how cliche it's become in New York.

    Nope. He didn't pitch in any Nationally televised games in May. The first game I saw him in was when he got destroyed by the Guardians. And what I've seen since has been awful.

    Nothing proves that Shaq doesn't need Kobe because Shaq has always had a Kobe on every team he's been on. Be it Penny Hardaway before the injury or Dwyane Wade right now. Though I admittedly have not read the article because Fox Sports is garbage -- they don't even think Papelbon is ROTY so far in the MLB.

    Even if he doesn't need Kobe, he still, apparently, needs an MVP caliber SG. People can say Kobe needed Shaq all they want, but Shaq has lead some extremely talented teams absolutely nowhere in his days.

    Though the rumors are accurate, that work is concepts created by somebody completely unrelated to the team or whatever. He posts at a forum that I frequent. But I'm hoping they do go back to the blue and gold.

    Wow, what a heartbreaker for the Tigers after that comeback they had last night. I love it! There's not many things in this world as automatic as the 9th inning when the Red Sox have a lead. Papelbon knows these guys can't touch him and it's just going to make him better and better to have that confidence.

    Speaking of that, The Might Ducks are changing their name to just Anaheim Ducks. They are also revealing new logos and a new uniform in about a month. The board where I saw a leak of the logos is currently down right now, but I'll post the logos when I can. They're pretty slick looking.
