Drew had a bad reputation in LA and in ATL and STL and PHI. I don't blame people for not liking him for being a cocky, not-hard-working kid who held out to go to the team he wanted to go to. However, he's no longer young and his signing in boston, to me, is indicative that this is the team he wants to "settle down" and continue his maturation with.
This kid has all-world skills. I've had a very open mind about him, as replacing Trot is a GREAT thing. RF has been a void the past few years and the only reason we didn't replace him was because of peoples' love of Trot, in my opinion.
