  1. Works out of it. Great to see Bart pitch so well. Joe needs to improve.
  2. This guy is so bad. It's one thing to mess around if Mo is available, and then ask him to get you out of trouble. But to do that when the safety net is a guy with a 7 ERA is insane. Just terrible Joe.
  3. So with a three run lead it's Soriano, but with a four run lead it's Pendleton. Because of that one run, he goes from his second best reliever to one of his worst. Brilliant Joe, you really know what you're doing buddy. Invited them right back in the game.
  4. Joe is so incredibly bad.
  5. For any older Celtics fans (or ones who know their history), Melo last night reminded me of Wilkins in Game 7 in 88.
  6. That hurt really bad.
  7. At some point, the Yankees really need to reevaluate their pitch selection. At least in my opinion, this has been an ongoing problem for a few years now. In the ninth inning, how do you get way ahead of both Lind and Molina, yet continue to attack the strike zone? They have to elevate a fastball there. Even if the pitches are located well, there's always a risk when the ball is put in play. At 0-2 and 1-2 (and sometimes 2-2), you always go for the strikeout.
  8. Gah, Joe is terrible. But yeah, this one is on Mo.
  9. Nothing like asking players to do things they don't normally do. Atta boy Joe, always making good decisions.
  10. Very fortunate inning for Rauch. Lived in the middle of the plate.
  11. Also don't understand why Mo isn't going out of the strike zone once he gets to two strikes.
  12. I guess it's been a long time coming for Mo, but for once the umpire is taking strikes from him tonight.
  13. Geeze Doc is great. The difference maker so far.
  14. The officiating is a joke. EDIT: Finally the Knicks get a break.
  15. Back spasms.
  16. There's only so much they can do against Boston's excellent defense without Amar'e and Billups.
  17. Glad to see AJ brought his control with him today. And glad to see Farrell and Escobar are dumber than rocks.
  18. Turned it on just in time to see that wonderful play. Derek is becoming more and more useless. EDIT: Not the greatest throw, but Jeter needs to make that catch.
  19. How does Drabek look so far?
  20. It won't change, but just because that's the way it always has been doesn't make it any better (although I know you weren't saying it did).
  21. The Bulls are the home team, so it's cool.
