ive been lookin/researching all around for it and heres what I have found: -Go to timtastic.com...i think thats it...and click on dirty sox (pretty good red sox font) and download that. then go to start, then control panel.Then go to appearance and themes and on the side it says fonts( if you computer isnt like this then just find fonts)then if you have the dirty sox font as an icon you can just drag it into fonts then there you go! Just find where you downlaoded it and drag it to fonts. -Check out "Coney Island" (oh the irony!) at fontalicious.com. Available for both Mac and PC. Truetype (for personal use only) is free -1001fonts.com also has a pretty good font called "Beantown" It's not great for front-of-jersey lettering, but it copies the back-of-jersey lettering and the numbers pretty well -I just came across this website...about 5 to choose from. all freeware! http://freefonts.fateback.com/lee_gordon/ -So here's the official proprietary font modeled after the original Red Sox handmade typeface: http://www.ortiz-lopez.com/OLP06.html By the original Big Papi, Dennis Ortiz-Lopez (you'll notice he's made fonts for the Astros, Pirates, Brewers, etc.) The font by Lee Gordon "Bosox" font is a very good knock-off, most likely illegal but as long as you're not using it for commercial purposes you should be fine. Players were tested at Florida camps Associated Press NEW YORK -- Former New York Mets pitcher Grant Roberts was among nine players suspended for 15 games Friday for violating baseball's minor league steroids policy, raising the total this year to 47. Outfielder Adam Seuss, who was released by the Mets and then signed with the Houston Astros, also tested positive for violating the steroids policy. Three of the players suspended were from the Baltimore Orioles organization: Gary Cates Jr., Rafael Diaz and Richard Salazar. Also suspended were James Jurries and Ricardo Rodriguez (Atlanta Braves), Eider Torres (Cleveland Guardians) and Damien Myers (released by the Detroit Tigers). Roberts was removed from the Mets major league roster last November, then went to spring training with a minor league contract. The 27-year-old right-hander pitched in one spring training game, pitching a scoreless inning March 6 against Washington, then was released April 14. He has a 5-5 career major league record with a 4.25 ERA in one start and 75 relief appearances with the Mets from 2000-04. Baseball specified in its announcement Friday that all suspensions were for performance-enhancing substances. Baseball classifies marijuana as a drug of abuse, a different category. Major League Baseball said the latest suspensions resulted from 251 tests taken at Florida spring training camps. I would go to the braves game, not because they are from a different league but, they have a very strong lineup: furcal, giles, c. jones, a. jones, estrada, mondesi, jordan, LaRoche. If either hudson or smoltz is pitching its a no brainer in my mind. Smoltz is unhittable, his fastball tops out at like 97 MPH. andruw jones keeps getting better (w/ the exception of this week). If Brian Jordan and Raul Modesi pay up to their capabilites, they wont miss J.D drew that much. the mariners pitching is going to remai a problem, and my main concern would be piniero. i would worry about sexson b/c he swings and misses a lot, and struggles to make contact. spezio doesnt look like the same player he was in '02...looks 1/2 the size and doesnt appear comfortable or strong. i predict them to be 4th in the AL West...and the braves will win ANOTHER division championship

If Clement can pitch well tonight (throw strikes early and stay ahead of hitters) it would be a huge boost for his confidence and the team's confidence. The O's can hit (just ask the Yankees) and this start comes at a key time in a possibly winning streak. They win tonight and they Wake and Schilling against the D-Rays. That means 9 outta 10 and 12-6 against AL east teams. Tek called a good game last night and clement should feel good about that. he knows sosa and lopez from the nl and of course they know him. Hope the umps and o's doesn't make it ugly because it could be a pivotal game to get clement's mind in gear.... this is the biggest game of clement's career as of yet i believe pitching for 1st place against a powerful line up with their best pitcher going.. he best bring it tonite, I realize its April but I am excited about this game and the potential.

i dont want to refer to the yankees but this is what we should do... Last year the yankees had 6 starters after the loaiza trade.* Torre decided to give an audition to all his pitchers and make a 6 man rotation for two turns.* they knew mussina, brown, and lieber were staying in the rotation, but they did not know about El Duque, Loaiza, and Vazquez, so they let them duke it out.* Loaiza allowed more runs than IP and lost out to the pen.* The sox should do that, knowing that Schilling, clement, and Wells are the only 3 who will stay in the rotation and see who loses out.... idk for once the yankees had a good idea
