  1. Seriously...start Olerud over Kevin Fried Chicken. Seriously.
  2. The Red Sox will win. Count on it. Oh yeah also, Kevin Brown takes the hill for the Yanks tonight as they travel to KC, where Zack Greinke will take the mound for the Royals. Hopefully Brown will get very frustrated again, and it will be deja vu (I can never spell that right....)
  3. He'll get back to himself. He probably just needed a few starts back to get going again after the suspension. He'll be ok in his next start.
  4. HAH that was great. Tampa Bay this year...Toby Hall trying to hold Ortiz back, Ortiz could have easily thrown him to the ground and killed the pitcher...but he didn't. RJ has nothing, he's just a lanky 7 foot pussy. Ortiz and probably a majority of the MLB players could beat the s*** out of Randy.
  5. That makes two...soxiethefangirl loves Bellhorn too. I'm not a big fan myself, but that's ok. Welcome to the boards, and enjoy your stay!
  6. Zenny did I ever mention how funny you are? And did I ever mention I love you?
  7. Welcome! And soxie, keep that avatar. I like her.
  8. Actually a lot of us don't hate Jeter...not sure why some do either though...
  9. Just heard that Frank Thomas hurt himself, yet again. His hip, out day-to-day. But I don't care about that right now. Hopefully our offense can get us back up. I'm not normally jumping on Bronson, but these last two starts are not like him. He needs to get back to the dominance...
  10. Interesting little stat-Bronson throws 63 pitches and gets taken out. Bad night. Now Halama is in. I might as well just turn something else on..but NO! BECAUSE I BELIEVE!!!
  11. Good Lord...this blows. The Orioles are on the f***ing DL and we still can't beat them...who's with me for a rally?
  12. Arroyo looks off...not good. Perhaps that suspension got to him?
  13. Eh...1-0 Baltimore, 2 outs in bottom of 1st with Surhoff at the plaTASKGFA AJH DFS ASDVSV AS!!! AND NIXON THROWS OUT TEJADA AT THE PLATE WOOHOO. I turned on the game too late to see how they scored the first run...anyone know? I'm guessing it was a HR? Brian Roberts? Yes/no/maybe so?
  14. I hope his success continues at home..
  15. Yeah Calvn exactly...you know you can't say 1918 anymore so now you're still trying to find something to say. 26 to 6 just shows your desperation. A year ago you all were "You won't win until 2018 blah blah blah and now that we have finally won it, your searching your purses for something else to try and piss us off. We won, give us credit, whatever. And all the s*** you've given us...I think we can give a little back. I also love how it says BOSTON SUCKS right on the top of your thread. Your not gunna get a warm welcome on a Sox board with that... I also love how it says that considering this past weekends series...I think we showed who really sucks.
  16. I've never heard of him, but nontheless, it seems he was a good guy and a good announcer. RIP.
  17. SWEETNESS. Advertising is always good.
  18. Maybe we'll spot you? Tell us how to! (Purposely rhymed because I'm in a good mood...)
  19. Yeah, the top 5 would go L-R-L-R-L then whatever they decide...Tek possibly? Nice switch hitter to adjust to the pitcher.
  20. You lazy ass. lol, jk. But everything has to be neat with Yeszir...the list goes on and on...game threads, his finger nails...
  21. I was just looking over Game 4 of the WS last year...I don't even remember typing half of my spam...LOL.
  22. Ah, ye good old board. I remember those times...back when elsrbueno posted everyday, back when he made those sick pregames on his website...ah, the memories.
  23. I'm so pumped for this game. Let's keep the success rolling right along and take advantage of the just-swept Orioles. http://boston.redsox.mlb.com/images/gameday/mugshots/150438.jpg#19 Rodrigo Lopez (3-2, 4.41) @ http://boston.redsox.mlb.com/images/gameday/mugshots/276520.jpg#61 Bronson Arroyo (4-1, 3.19) We all remember Rodrigo Lopez, the "certified" Red Sox killer. That memorable 1-0 win over the Orioles where Clement pitched a gem could have easily gone either way, as we won off of an unearned run. Hopefully the tables will turn, and our newfound offense will kick in and get to Baltimore. Important series--4 games vs. Baltimore for first place!! We are 3 out currently, with the Yanks heading out to KC for a 3 game set. (They are off tonight) So, let's pick up a game on the Orioles and in doing so, pick up another half game over the Yanks! Hopefully, Arroyo will bounce back from his last dreadful outing against Toronto. GO SOX! GO ARROYO! And on another note: It's great to be home!
  24. I agree, I'm not complaining. If he's willing to pay for a jersey number to bring success to him..then by God let him pay.
  25. I say we try Nixon there. It couldn't get worse...And I still think they should be playing Olerud instead of Millar. Defensive specialist and still has some bat to go with him.
