  1. Haha...who saw that coming??? At least Steinny can still say it looks nasty on paper...
  2. Kill me. You're starting to sound EXTREMELY like my mother. ...MOM????
  3. He's probably registered as soxie...
  4. Yeah..I'm at the 2000 mark already and I've been here for 11 months....wait, that's not Yeszir's pace...*whew*
  5. Yes, this forum roXXorz my boXXorz.
  6. Welcome to the site! Glad you're here!
  7. Like the name. Like the post. Welcome to the site, glad to have ya
  8. I know seriously, when the Yankees see that a team with a 100 million+ dollar less payroll has the same record as them...wow.
  9. I don't hate Blowhorn as much as I do Embree, so we will switch them. I have some respect for Millar because I know at times he can get real hot and be consistent for a long time, then die out. But with Blowhorn...who the f*** knows what he's going to do.
  10. hah..you'd be in a worse mood if you were actually watching it.
  11. LMAO. Embree...I hate that f***ing f***. Why is he on the team? Myers has shown his superiority as a lefty.
  12. Out of the 40 man roster, Bellhorn is my 40th.
  13. That's the problem. You expect hits. He isn't gunna deliver much. His defense has been fine, and that's what peope forget.
  14. Are you serious? Maybe you should go take it. You CANNOT expect much out of him, he has NEVER been in the majors before. God...I hate it when fans like this have no slack for a rookie coming up from AAA a week ago. There aren't many players who are gunna pull a Youkilis as their first ML hit, let alone be successful immediately. Take a look at his numbers from AAA and you'll see instantly you're overreacting and have too high expectations.
  15. If you have any questins concerning prospects, Zenny is definitely your primary source to them.
  16. Then that means... Dodgers suck!
  17. Yeah, but I doubt he wanted that to happen when he was alive...
  18. Hell already froze over on October 27th, 2004.
  19. Wow, how long ago was empire banned? And you guys STILL can't catch him?!?!?!! HAHAHAAHA. Anyway, we have no lives.
  20. That's a good thing.
  21. Yeah but it's because no ones WORRIED about Manny. Just because of last year doesn't mean my opinion on him changes. Yes, I was happy, but I don't recall him doing ANYTHING to get us to the post season. Anyone can come through at clutch times...he just does it more than others. That's how I look at it at least. I'm happy when he does, I still don't expect a lot out of him because I know 90% of the time he'll fail. Also, about Adam Dunn...no one cares as much because he goes down swinging, and usually when he hits the ball, it's not a measly ground out or a double play. It's a good solid hit every time. Not to mention all the HRs he hits. Bellhorn doesn't always get a good, solid hit or a HR when he hits the ball. He does, but doesn't do it nearly as much as Dunn does. And also, Bellhorn goes down looking like all the time anyway. At least Dunn swings.
  22. You only like Halama because he comes in when we are losing, and usually does well. I'm yet to see him come in when we are winning.
  23. I never thought I'd hear some say something good about someone who just upped their average to .250
  24. The return of Cabrera!!! I'm looking towards the fans appreciation tonight. Much thanks to him. Of course, without Vlad, the Angels are not the same team, but they're still a good one. Let's hope we can get to Escobar early because I don't want to end up facing K-Rod (yes, he's been activated), and Shields has been VERY VERY effective for them in K-Rod's absence. Hopefully our offense will pull through really early. And yes, he should get an ovation because he started to turn it up. I mean, we're Boston fans and he shut down the Yanks dominantly through all of his struggles. Cabrera will probably get a bigger one, though.
  25. Throwing 90 mph fastballs down the middle of the plate doesn't get batters out. It's also bad that you can tell something bad is going to happen when he's out on the mound (COUGH bluejays COUGH)
