  1. Yes, you can change all you want until kickoff of the Seattle/Washington game.
  2. Date & Time..............Favorite...........NFL Spread............Underdog 1/14 4:30 ET............... At Seattle............ -9.5................... Washington 1/14 8:00 ET............... At Denver............ -3.5................... New England 1/15 1:00 ET............... At Indianapolis..... -9.5................... Pittsburgh 1/15 4:30 ET............... At Chicago........... -3.5....................Carolina Seattle vs. Washington: I've had a change of heart. If Washington's D is solid like it was, they could win this game. If anything, One Read Seat let me know that Seattle only beat teams like Houston, Arizona, Philadelphia, and San Francisco by more than 10 points. Not 1 good team. They beat the Colts by 15 when the Colts had all their back-ups in. They haven't beaten anyone by more than 10 points which leads me to believe that they could beat Washington by 10. Washington makes it a close game, but I still believe Seattle comes out on top in a close game. Lofa Tatupu, my man from Wrentham, MA, will have a good game. I just simply believe New England will beat Denver, and if not, then Denver won't cover that small spread. Close game all the way down. Indianapolis vs. Pitt? Manning sucks so much in the playoffs I wouldn't be surprised if Pitt won, and if they don't win, no way Indy covers that large spread. Pitt is getting hot too. Carolina will beat Chicago. Don't give me the ******** weather excuse, Carolina won in NY, and it wasn't very toasty there. Carolina and Chicago have tremendous defenses, but when it comes down to it, you can't be depleted of an offense either. Carolina has huge weapons in Delhomme, Goings, Foster, Colbert, STEVE SMITH, and Proehl, who is always good in the playoffs. Also....See Red...how many more jacking ups can Putzier take?
  3. John Fox always has something up his sleeve. The Bears haven't been to the playoffs in awhile. Steve Smith is arguable the best WR in the NFC, perhaps the NFL. It's not like it was warm in New York either. It's very possible that Chicago will lose with the minimal playoff experience and no offense. It is true that defense wins championships, but you can't be depleted of an offense either. Carolina plays well on both sides of the ball.
  4. Eh, I'm not sold on Lugo. He's an aging SS and I'd just rather have Cora play SS with guaranteed defense if Manny ends up staying. If Manny stays we can afford a mediocre bat in the lineup for some serious defense in the infield.
  5. Yes, because those are the best games
  6. Nah. The Bears lose next week. It'll be the Seahawks. I honestly can't call the AFC either, too many good teams.
  7. Hahaha I so won that AIM battle you fool. EDIT: Warning to Yankshater, I WILL post that rap battle if you don't admit your defeat right here in front of everyone. Thanks. That is all.
  8. Rap battle. Bring it. Don't really. This is the biggest waste of a few posts I've ever seen.
  9. Then it's a push and the game's thrown out. Idiot EDIT: Don't try to change your post to 46. You said 45. Dummy.
  10. Depends on the spread! For instance, what if the Broncos are 45 point favorites? I'm taking the Pats
  11. Yeah boy. One last round fellas? Cheers One Red Seat and ARod2212. *Clink*
  12. Hahah, I think I just realized that I bumped a pretty good thread... especially with what's looming around now...?
  13. Well, glad to have ya, but there are a lot of Yankee fans here. Most of them are good though.
  14. Oh. Well, maybe he'll just shut up from now on.
  15. Hmm? Did he guarantee something?
  16. Closer than the last one....I hope. *gulp* We got owned last time. But you know what they say, "You can beat him (Belichick) once, but you can't beat him twice." Can't wait. It'll be good to have someone to root against on game day
  17. Won 3 of the last 4 Superbowls, 2 of them the past 2 years 10 game win streak in the postseason 10-0 record in the post-season (Tom Brady) 10-0 record in the post-season with the Pats, 11-1 overall (Bill Belichick) 10 game winning streak in the postseason, longest ever (Tom Brady) Tom f***in' Brady Bill f***in' Belichick Adam f***in' Vinatieri Tedy f***in' Bruschi (hopefully ) Although, I would like Matt Light back too. Heh, See Red, Of course, regular season stats don't mean much in the post-season. Everyone's 0-0 and the most important game's the next one.
  18. Doesn't matter to me We're the Pats, we know how to win in the playoffs with whoever we have, against whoever we play. Also, I'm a strong believer in that you shouldn't care about who you play next or who you would rather beat, because if you're gunna win the Superbowl, you have to beat everyone. You can't beat someone, you shouldn't try to win the Superbowl.
  19. Well....Kitna throws a pick. This game is totally under Pittsburgh's control now.
  20. I remember a play like that a few years ago against the Dolphins. Brady threw the ball to like Troy Brown or someone (maybe Branch? I dunno, I forget who...) except that Brady caught the ball for like a 1st down and a 15 yard gain
  21. WHAT A PLAY!!! Touchdown Steelers!!! CHEERS ONE RED SEAT AND AROD!!!
  22. Going to be one great game should the Pats go to Denver. Can't wait. We finally have some of our guys back too Although, I'm not looking forward to Mile High Stadium. Although, if we could do it on Monday Night Football 2 years ago, we can do it again. Especially being the Patriots.
  23. Yep. Kitna just simply dropped the ball too. That was bad. And a s***** punt I might add to that. Pitt takes over near the 50.
  24. Well, I wouldn't want a 255 lb man like Bettis yelling at me.
