    Yeah, but what does matter is how much you spend for 4 months of Clemens. I'm all for getting him if it's reasonable, but I don't want them to spend on anyone that will push their payroll into the luxury tax range.

    Oh, what did he say? Just something about the link or any reference to TalkSox? Hahaha, that would have been cool. I remember when Zenny (used to post here, fell of the face of the earth...fun times ) got mentioned in the Chicago Tribune after posting on this site that he was going to "strangle himself" or something. This was right after the Sox traded Matt Murton.

    Lamar Hunt, owner of the Kansas City Chiefs, has died. He was one of the people that drove the merger of the NFL and the AFL and helped shape the way the game is played today. RIP, you lived your life well and left your legacy with the NFL

    Did you watch him? I know he wasn't given many opportunities, but boy oh boy when he was given the opportunity did he deliver. He had great command and consistently got outs. Exactly what you need out of a middle reliever. Just get through the innings consistently. I think I'm a lot higher on Breslow than most people. I just loved watching him pitch. He really was fantastic when given the chance.

    Can't that one middle reliever be Craig Breslow? Why is everyone forgetting about him so quickly? I really want him to be given a shot at winning a spot on the team during ST.

    Hey! At least chocolate eclair's provide some form of relaxation. They're delicious. The only thing that happens to me when I see Clement is a cringe attack. Don't degrade the chocolate eclairs!

    The difference is that Coco is about to enter his prime at 27 years of age and a lot of GMs buy into his value. Bernie Williams is 11 years older.

    I'm going to have to agree with this guy here. He was fine until Pujols happened. Guess what happens if we get Lidge? No Pujols until MAYBE the world series. You can't say it wouldn't help the guy to know that Pujols wasn't even in the same league.

    Yeah, let's just move Papelbon to the bullpen mid-season. Maybe his arm is made of steel? Besides, Wake is the one that's going to the bullpen out of the current starters, if anyone else is added.
