    That's what it's looking like. The 1st game would end at 8:30ish (for a normal game). Meaning the 2nd game would start at 9:15 at the earliest which seems very unlikely.

    So I was supposed to go to 2 games this weekend and now it looks like I'll go to 0. Just great. I hope it doesnt rain the entire months of July and August to make up for this dreadful spring. Screw potential droughts.

    I think they are going to postpone the night game and try to play the day game tonight. Otherwise it would be the 3rd time the fans would have to pay for parking, food, etc. I think the people who had tix for the night game (me) will see game 2 of the doubleheader tomorrow.

    When the game starts they'll definitely cut out from the Yanks game and viewers who were supposed to see the Sox game will see the Sox game.

    Well he came in the 8th, with runners on 1st and 3rd and a 1 run lead. He gave up a single tying the game and effectively blowing the save even though the runs were not charged to him.

    I don't see how you can judge that by 1 home run to the 1st batter of the game. If he just wins then he'll technically have the best start of all since no one else has been able to do that so far.

    I wholeheartedly agree with you there. I believe curtain calls are for when you do something spectacular. They gave one to Bernie for tying the game with a solo homer in like the 4th inning. That is nothing.

    I don't think Lester's taking Pauley's spot. Then we'd have another blank spot in the rotation for Sunday's game which I expect Pauley to pitch. I bet Hansen gets sent back down.
